Genesis Diez, A.C.

Since 1994 Genesis Diez, A.C. has addressed the specific need of over 5,000 orphans, as well as the needs of hundred of dedicated directors and staff of the Casas Hogar (orphanages) in Northern Baja California, Mexico. Beginning in 2002, Genesis has expanded its outreach to work and support the migrant children & families in the Ensenada area. These orphans and impoverished children of Baja lack the family and or life experiences that many of us take for granted. Their perspective of the world extends little further than their own surroundings. Unless these children begin to see more choice for their lives and have opportunities to grow, their prospects for the future are limited. Mexico does not have the same network of government and public/private organizations which are established in the United States and Canada to reach out to these children and families in need.

One of the core objectives of Genesis is to provide enriching learning experiences that encourage the development of positive self-esteem. These experiences which include: off site trips, cultural and relational exchanges, environmental and societal understandings, educational enrichments, and the development of life skills are set up to provide opportunities for these children that open up their world beyond their immediate circumstance and allowing them to see themselves in a new light. Positive role models replace dysfunctional ones and experiences that build self- worth will replace those that tore it down.

There are different opportunities and programs that allow you to share your life and resources to make a lasting and meaningful difference in the lives of these children, as well as your own. Choose to give of your heart financially or walk the line of faith by participating in one of our customized programs that will allow you to demonstrate the love God has for these children of Mexico.
