Building Leadership Skills…

 Genesis Diéz uses a variety of activities to build positive leadership skills, specifically in the areas of problem solving skills, communication skills, goal setting, and risk taking. Part of the program at Rancho Genesis includes cooperative games and a low ropes course. Through these activities Genesis hopes to help the niños recognize the strengths God has given them, as well as grow in areas that they find more challenging.
