Francisco (a.k.a. Pancho) started working with us through the ministry called U-Turn for Christ. It started as a part-time job but turned full-time quickly when we saw his honesty, sense of humor, kindness, simplicity, his attitude towards responsibility, and all of his different talents. Some of the tasks that Pancho enjoys doing are running errands in the car, working with wood, and tending to the plants. Pancho enjoys being a part of Rancho Genesis and we very much enjoy working with him.
